Shipping & Returns

Shipping: Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours, and always within three business days after receipt of payment.  On rare occasions, when an order requires for more time for processing, we will notify you by email.

The shipping cost of smaller items to domestic locations is listed in the item description.  Cost of shipping larger items varies significantly depending on your preferred carrier, how fast you want it delivered, whether it’s going to a commercial, residential, or rural address, and the distance from Healdsburg, California (Zip Code 95448).

For international shipping we charge the actual postage plus a few of dollars for the packaging (minimum international total is $8.00). Surface mail is very cheap if airmail seems too expensive, but most countries have a postal weight limit of either 44 lbs. or 66 lbs.  If a package exceeds the postal weight limit then UPS or FedEx are options, but these services are priced considerably higher.

Multiple items will be combined as is feasible. For multiple item purchases, after you give us the destination address details and we will provide you with a combined shipping quote.

Returns: Shivastone.com offers 10-day return privileges.  Any item may be returned for exchange, credit, or cash refund within 10 days after receipt, provided that it is returned postpaid, in unaltered and undamaged condition.  Shipping costs are not refundable.
